Payment Policy

1. General Terms
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments and subscriptions for the services provided through the Witvo Point of Sale (POS) App ("Service"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Payment Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. We may offer different subscription plans (e.g., monthly, annually) with varying features and fees.
- Billing Cycle: All subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
- Payment Information: You must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
3. Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused time, or un-utilized services.
Once you have accessed or used the Witvo POS app within a billing period, the subscription fee for that period becomes strictly non-refundable, regardless of the level of use. Making a payment for a subscription plan constitutes your acceptance of this policy.
Any exception to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Witvo Technologies Pvt Ltd.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription after cancellation.
5. Fee Changes
Witvo Technologies Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify the subscription fees for the Service at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any fee changes. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not update your payment method information, we may suspend your access to the Service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
